A sculptural work with a deeply autobiographical character, through which the artist evokes childhood memories. The composition is inspired by the image of the family gathered around the table, the moment when the mother is pouring polenta on the wooden bottom – “a steaming sun”, full of magic and emotion. The sculpture thus becomes a tribute to the mother and the traditional values of the rural family.
