A new round in history was realized during the 2018 symposium, under the sign of the Centennial of the Great Union. The sculpture relies on a simple but very suggestive form: a stone mass that curls almost into a complete circle. This continuous movement sends us to the idea that history does not go straight, but turns, resumes themes, goes through cycles - and each round brings a change, as in a spiral.
Looking closely, we also notice a cut, an incision that marks the surface: like a scar of history, a sign that the road is never perfectly round, but passes through ruptures, decisions and reconfigurations. In this context, 1918 can be understood as a major round - a moment of unity that opens a new stage and, at the same time, a responsibility: that of maintaining the sense of unity over time.
