The labyrinth is the initiatory path. The labyrinth motif, clearly carved in stone by Mihai Damian, refers to search, wandering, initiation, transformation.

The sculptor does not present a labyrinth in which you get lost or get lost, but one of formation. In life, often, the path is not straight, but it is necessary to be traveled, known, discovered. Each turning point represents a decision, a crisis, a maturation.

The work is not a perfect monolith; the blocks seem fractured, slightly displaced, indicating that human identity is not fixed, but is built from pieces of experience. This fragmentation gives the work a profound sincerity: the road of life is not smooth.

Finally, the message of the work can be understood as a path of faith, of becoming a mature person, of moving from confusion to meaning, a path of transformation.
