Life is infinite. Everything is whole, perfect, complete, a constant recycling of substance and experiences. Every moment of life is a new beginning, passing through the endless spiral of continuity called DNA.

In DNA, Parascovia Donoi proposes a sculptural meditation on the continuity of life, translated into a vertical composition dominated by spiral movement. The form seems to wrap around its own axis, like a helical growth that never ends, but always resumes on a new level. This visual dynamic directly refers to the idea of DNA as a “spiral of continuity”: an invisible pattern that orders, preserves and transmits.

The work suggestively articulates the relationship between stability and transformation. Although made of sandstone – a hard, heavy material associated with permanence – the sculpture avoids rigidity: the surfaces flow, the volumes rotate, and the mass seems to move slowly, as in an organic becoming. Through this opposition between the weight of the stone and the mobility of the form, the artist affirms the paradox of life: what is “fixed” in matter is, at the same time, in continuous change.
