Monument dedicated to the Romanian soldiers who fell in World War II 1941-1944.
The cross has carved rhomboid "rosette" ornaments in the extreme parts of the cross, in traditional Moldavian style on the front side. In the central part, at the bottom, there are carved military insignia: a soldier's helmet accompanied by a weapon and a sword, framed in a rectangular frame of 28 x 18 cm, elements that determine its purpose as a cross-monument dedicated to heroes. Also, on the front side, the piece has applied, by hanging, the image of Jesus Christ crucified, measuring 57 x 70 cm. Under the frame is carved a "star" rosette and at the upper end of the central axis there is a carved star. On the horizontal arm of the cross, arranged consecutively, on either side of the central axis, there are 2 crosses accompanied by 3 rays each, measuring 74 x 43 cm. The piece constitutes an important and original monument of the era, but also an important document of culture, history and ethnography.
