Gates to infinity

Although the title talks about "gates," we don't see a classic gate. There are no leaves, threshold, or walls.

Therefore, the Gate, in this case, becomes a concept, not an object: an inner passage, a calling, an opening that does not limit, but invites. It is a gate that never closes.

Its structure is composed of successive elements, almost like steps: each block seems like a stage, showing that there is no clear "end", and the direction is forward, and invites towards the endless, towards the infinite that is not reached through a spectacular movement or jump, but through small, continuous and consistent steps.

Therefore, the Gate of the sculptor Cataraga is a humble vision of infinity, telling us that: We do not ascend to the sky, but we go forward, in silence, for infinity is here, not beyond. Therefore, the artist proposes to us a silent but profound sculpture: Infinity is not something you conquer, but something you enter step by step.
